FREE New Year Yoga

Step into 2022 rested and energized.

Reflect on the last year and set intentions for the one to come. Open your heart to the possibility of the new, while offering compassion to yourself for anything you went through during the past year.

This one-hour practice includes gentle movement, deep breathing exercises, and a short meditation. You will be guided through a mix of calming, restorative postures for nurturing your body, as well as standing postures to refresh the body as a whole.
