Gentle Hatha Flow

A more gentle approach to our practice, our Gentle Hatha Flow is a calming, stress-relieving class to stretch and find balance inside and out. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body. Postures are practiced at a slower place with attention to alignment and detail. Yoga props such as blocks and blankets might be suggested to fully achieve each position safely and comfortably. Breathing exercises, meditation, deep stretching and relaxation techniques may be practiced throughout the class.

Recommended for all levels looking for a soothing, relaxing, and restorative experience, especially those newer to yoga or working with special concerns/injuries.

*Technically, Hatha Yoga refers to all physical yoga practices and is an umbrella term, but in the modern western world we treat it as its own practice. Don't worry, it confuses us sometimes, too.
