Prenatal Yoga

Our prenatal class is here to prepare expectant mamas for their unique birth and postpartum journeys - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

The physical component of the classes will be aimed to help with common aches and pains experienced during pregnancy, and also to maintain and gently build strength and stamina for the labour process.

Pregnancy can be a stressful and challenging time, and the class will also include mindfulness and breathing techniques to help reduce stress and anxiety.

With their doctor’s approval, women in all trimesters of pregnancy are welcome to join.
