Join Cindy for this 30-minute class to stretch your body, decompress the mind, and gain a bit more clarity.
Even if you're not overwhelmed by your work day, taking a few minutes to ground yourself and focus on your breath will calm your nervous system and allow you to better focus on the tasks at hand. Plus, your body will thank you, too!
*Please note that classes start and end on time - doors will be closed when class begins and you're free to go when it ends, or stay for a longer rest if you need!*
All levels. We have mats and water here for ya if you need!
