This is a dynamic and invigorating practice focused on synchronizing breath with movement of the body. Poses are generally held for short periods of time and include sun salutations, standing/seated poses, preparation for arm balances, dynamic stretching, and pranayama (breath work).
Suitable for all practitioners and students who want to increase their knowledge of the fundamental Vinyasa sequences and breath alignment. Please contact us prior to registration if you are navigating injuries and/or have mobility restrictions.
