Where it all begins.
These classes focus on building stability and strength in your body and mind with a theme of connection to self and baby. Suitable for all levels, modifications are always offered.
Highlights of these classes are mental and physical birth prep, breath work, postures and "connection" time where we will discuss various pregnancy/postpartum topics. Your instructor, Kristen, loves supporting birthers at this exciting, life changing time.
What to bring:
- All you need is your yoga mat (we have some here to borrow as well!).
- Feel free to bring a blanket and cozy socks along for added comfort.

The check-in desk opens 15 minutes before the class, and the doors will be closed once it begins. Please be on time to make sure you can attend!
