Vinyasa is a dynamic class where movements are linked to the breath and sequences of postures are often repeated. By connecting one posture to the next using the breath, this creates a state of "flow": consistent movement.
This flow can be a beautiful dance of expression.
Vinyasa can be thought of as a complete class because of the range of poses practiced. Expect to build strength, flexibility, and balance.
Open to all levels. Reminder to discuss injuries or concerns with instructor prior to class.

The check-in desk opens 15 minutes before the class, and the doors will be closed once it begins. Please be on time to make sure you can attend!
