Discover a yoga practice that moves with you over four weeks: flowing, grounding, igniting, and expanding. Each class is a 75-minute yin & yang practice that is both energizing and deeply restorative.

Every Thursday in October, you're invited to embody the qualities of nature's forces through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, inspired by the elements:

• Earthgrounding
• Water flowing
• Fireigniting
• Air + Spaceexpanding

Not a workshop! These classes will follow my regular teaching style, with creative sequencing inspired by the elements - they are not theory lessons or lectures!

Each class begins with 45 minutes of flowy, vinyasa-style movement (yang) followed by 30 minutes of slow, juicy yin.

What should I expect from these classes?

These 75-minute classes are in the format of a yang + yin style - Cindy's favourite to both teach and to practice. They're designed to be both energizing and deeply restorative: a perfect balance.

Each class begins with 45 minutes (ish) of flowy, vinyasa-style movement (yang) followed by 30 minutes (ish) of slow, juicy yin.

You'll experience a combination of seated, standing, and reclined postures, with special emphasis on breath and mindfulness.

The yang portion moves with energy and rhythm. You'll be guided through flowing sequences that awaken your body and breath, inviting you to move with strength, focus, and presence.

The yin portion moves slowly and gently, giving you space to sink into each posture, explore each transition, and arrive fully in your body with a sense of calm and ease.

What should I bring?

Your yoga mat and some water.

Props will be provided for participants, but if you have your own please bring them along!

Feel free to bring a blanket and cozy socks, too!

Who's it for?

These classes are suitable for all humans aged 16 and up, with no previous yoga or meditation experience necessary.

Complete beginners to yoga are welcome, but please note that these are active classes and will involve a combination of standing, seated, reclined positions - and transitions between them.

What's the cancellation policy?

Drop-in Classes:

  • Refunds are available up to 48 hours before class start time via email.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.

4-Week Series Pass:

  • The series pass is offered at a discounted rate and is non-refundable.
  • If you are unable to attend a class, you’re welcome to transfer a pass to a friend, family member or a coworker so they can enjoy the class in your place.
  • You'll have one class available for this transfer option. Just let us know if you'd like to gift a class!

Please be on time

The doors will open 15 minutes before the class starts and will be closed once it begins. Please be on time to make sure you can attend!
