This is a 75-minute morning yoga practice designed to gently build heat, clarity, and steadiness from the inside out. This class weaves together three essential pillars of well-being: strength, mobility, and calm, offering a balanced experience that is both restorative and awakening, and accessible to all levels.

Held on the Winter Solstice, the shortest day of the year and a natural turning point in the seasonal cycle, this practice reflects the quiet truth of this moment: while the light begins its return, warmth takes time to arrive. With reduced daylight influencing energy, mood, and nervous system rhythms, we’ll focus on cultivating inner warmth gradually through mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and intelligent pacing.

Expect a long, nourishing warm-up; a steady build into strength and flow; and a supportive downshift into restoration. The practice blends flowy vinyasa-based sequences with traditional hatha and restorative postures, strength- and Pilates-inspired movement, elements of somatic health and neuromovement, and breathwork woven throughout to support circulation, focus, and nervous system balance. This is a practice of grounding first, then rising: honoring where you are while gently turning toward the light ahead.
